Daily Devotional- Changing Your Perspective
““Don’t store up treasures here on earth, where moths eat them and rust destroys them, and where thieves break in and steal. Store your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy, and thieves do not break in and steal. Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.” – Matthew 6:19-21
“Since you have been raised to new life with Christ, set your sights on the realities of heaven, where Christ sits in the place of honor at God’s right hand.” – Colossians 3:1
Today’s Devotional we look at shifting our focus from earthly desires to those of The Kingdom. Here are things we will experience when we make that shift: We will seek heaven’s treasures and not earth’s, We will move according to heaven’s rhythm, and We will align our hearts to doing heaven’s will.
After watching this ask Holy Spirit how you can shift your perspective to that of what is in heaven. Allow Him to work on that in your heart and see what great things will come about because of it.
